Kyle Rudkin, CIT / Project Manager
206.957.4725At an early age, Kyle developed a passion for construction. As soon as he was able to swing a hammer, Kyle became involved with residential remodeling, which ultimately led him to pursue a professional career in the construction industry. Kyle’s career started in 1994 retrofitting private yachts. He then returned to college and obtained a B.S. in Construction Management from the College of Architecture and Urban Planning at the University of Washington.
While attending college, Kyle worked as a Project Manager and Estimator, successfully bidding and managing projects up to $5 million. He later advanced his career by specializing in building defect claim work at the law firm of Stanislaw Ashbaugh LLP (now Ashbaugh Beal LLP), where he focused almost exclusively on multi-family construction defect claims over his five-year tenure.
Following a desire to return to the core of his passion for construction, Kyle joined Amento Group in 2008—providing building defect analysis, investigation forensics, litigation support, and remediation planning. He enjoys working with owners and contractors to help resolve construction related disputes and providing management services for repair projects.
