Bay Vista Tower

As properties age, original materials often reach (or exceed) their expected life spans and require replacement to maintain the health of the complex. This concrete and steel building built in 1982 required just that.

The existing plaza membrane had been leaking for over 15 years. Amento Group designed and inspected a new roof membrane overlay for the residential tower main roof and is in the schematic design phase for the remediation of the 6th floor plaza roof membrane.
