Amento Group is seeking an energetic Administrative Assistant to assist our Architectural team of 7. We are looking for an individual who has 0-3 years’ administrative experience, is detail oriented, has the ability to multi-task, has effective verbal and written communication skills, all while managing administrative support activities. The ideal candidate for this job is resourceful, a good problem solver and organized with the ability to work in a fast-paced office environment.
Duties will include:
- Proficiency in MS Office with expertise in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel
- Document production
- Template maintenance
- Construction administration assistance (during construction)
- Report and graphics support
- Filing (hard copy and digital)
- Client communication support
- Manage shared calendar
- Answer incoming calls
