Our consultants manage building defect remediation projects in conjunction with our architectural department which produces the plans and specifications for those projects. Most of our projects involve an initial condition assessment where you will utilize and/or develop forensic skills which become the foundation for successful remediation projects. You will also have an opportunity to resolve construction disputes, including the preparation and critique of claims involving cost overrun and schedule delay. Since our inception in 1996, AG has developed a diverse team of construction and architectural professionals working together to provide building solutions to a variety of clients which includes public and private owners, contractors, insurance companies and attorneys. You will be challenged to stretch your capabilities and use your experience in new ways.

You

Have 15+ years’ experience as a project engineer, project manager and/or construction manager for a large construction firm. Desired attributes include excellent written and verbal communication skills, effective leadership skills, a degree in construction management and/or engineering, a working knowledge of the project delivery process, project scheduling, construction cost controls, and proactive claim resolution. As part of our open and collaborative work environment, you will be given the support and encouragement to build your own professional practice at the pace and manner which best suits your strengths and ambition.
