Tina Ray has worked in the construction industry as a project manager since 1992. She uses her experience and knowledge assisting a variety of clients with preparation, analysis, litigation support, expert testimony, and resolution of construction claims including construction defects, schedule damage and delay, and cost overruns. She also provides building defect analysis, forensic investigations, property condition assessments, planning and executing intrusive investigations, project planning, and project management services for multi-family, residential, and commercial projects.

Tina enjoys traveling around the world, swimming, hiking, Pilates, fly-fishing, golfing, reading, practicing yoga, playing the piano, and spending time with family and friends.
