Nearly four years after completion of this 156,000-square-foot facility, the owner presented the general contractor and design professionals with a $10 million claim for construction delay and defects. Our team represented the general contractor for this $50 million project located on the emerging San Francisco campus.
The facility’s systems included EIFS cladding, windows, shower rooms, HVAC, waterproofing, electrical, indoor and outdoor pools, concrete decks, metal stairs and painting.
