This new campus included extensive renovation on two existing brick warehouses, with a process headed by a fast-track general contractor and construction manager. Our client installed the metal stud walls and ceilings for the buildings but encountered numerous contractor delays during the project, having to perform extra work.
Despite maintaining meticulous records and providing ample written letters to the general contractor and construction manager, our client’s request for equitable compensation was repeatedly denied. Our experts worked closely with the project and legal teams to produce and present the client’s delay and impact claim to a Dispute Resolution Panel during a 3-week hearing. Upon completion of the hearing, we then assisted in negotiating the client’s settlement.
