The Washington State Chapter of Community Associations Institute serves the educational, business, and networking needs of community associations for the entire state. Members include condominium, cooperative, and homeowner associations as well as those who provide services and products to associations.

The Building Owners and Managers Association Seattle King County. BOMA is a professional trade association with several hundred members from over 250 firms who either own or manage commercial real estate or provide goods and services to the industry. Established in 1912, BOMA is the voice of the Office Building and Commercial Real Estate Industry. Our mission is to actively represent the best interests of the commercial real estate owner, the real estate professional, and industry service providers through effective leadership in advocacy, through the collection and dissemination of information and the professional development and accreditation of the real estate professional.

The International Institute of Building Enclosure Consultants is a fellowship of building enclosure professionals actively involved in the industry, who share diverse areas of expertise and a common goal of sustaining the highest standards for education, performance, and professionalism in design, investigation, repair, and management of roofing, exterior wall, and waterproofing systems.

The International Concrete Repair Institute aims to improve the quality of concrete restoration, repair and protection through education of and communication among its the members and those who use their services.

The Seattle Building Enclosure Council promotes the pursuit of excellence in the design, construction and other technical aspects of the building enclosure. The organization investigates why buildings fail, explores cures for buildings enclosure failures, and shares information on materials and methods to promote better building science.

The Master Builders Association of King and Snohomish Counties provides the structure for diverse companies such as developers, architects, builders, suppliers, realtors and banks to work together to provide quality homes for King and Snohomish counties.

The Society for Marketing Professional Services’ (SMPS) mission is to advocate for, educate, and connect leaders in the building industry. SMPS’s vision is Business Transformed through Marketing Leadership. The core purpose of the society is to enrich knowledge and advance practices that build business for professional services firms. The core values that guide the behavior of SMPS are Innovation, Integrity, Life-long learning, Relationships, and Service.
