Our Construction Management team assisted the Board and Architect in prioritizing and communicating repair recommendations to the Association. We worked with the selected contractor through an extensive value engineering process and assisted with review and development of the final contract documents.

Construction Management

Construction Management services were provided by Amento Group for a 36-month remediation project. Our role consisted of managing the project budget, schedule and overseeing all project team members including the general contractor, residential association, commercial association, master association and a third-party architect.
