When planning a project, we look at the entire ecosystem around the building, considering not only the site conditions but community needs, building department requirements, and coordination logistics. We consult with owners, owners’ agents, architects, engineers, consultants, and contractors, listening to all perspectives. And we use what we’ve learned to create a scope, budget, and schedule that hit the target the first time.

At the same time, our Architectural and Structural Engineering Team develop functional and aesthetic designs for building repairs, new construction, additions, seismic rehabilitation, and other structural enhancements. We consider how a building’s appearance may change as it’s enhanced to repel leaks. And we peer-review every design internally, to ensure a cohesive, accurate plan.
